Introduction

This statement applies to all products and services provided by MSK Management.

MSK Management B.V., Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 97654345, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process

MSK Management processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided this data to us yourself. The data MSK Management may need from you, or that is necessary for the purposes described below, and that MSK Management in any case processes, comprises:

• Initials and surname
• Company name
• Address details (street name, house number and postcode)
• Telephone number (mobile or landline)
• Email address
• Bank details

Does MSK Management also process special categories of personal data?

Special categories of personal data are sensitive data, for example concerning health, criminal records, or ethnic or racial origin. MSK Management does not process special categories of personal data.

Why we need your data

Once you have an agreement with MSK Management, we want to serve you well. We use your data for the following purposes:

• To call or email you when this is necessary to deliver our services.
• To inform you about changes to our services and products.
• To deliver products or services to you
• Where we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
• Data may also be used for promotional or marketing purposes in proportion to the type of services MSK Management provides, for example to inform you through our newsletter about a new MSK Management activity. If you do not wish to be contacted through our newsletter, you can indicate this by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter.

We may only use your data for a purpose other than the one for which it was originally processed if the two purposes are closely related.

Which rules apply to the processing of personal data?

When processing personal data, MSK Management is bound by the applicable laws and regulations and keeps track of developments in them. MSK Management therefore reserves the right to amend this privacy statement to keep it up to date, as indicated at the bottom of this statement.

How long we keep your data

MSK Management does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Sharing data with third parties

MSK Management does not sell your data to third parties and only shares it where this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of:

• the performance of a contract with you, for example to contact you and deliver our services;
• a legal obligation, such as the statutory tax retention requirement;
• our legitimate interest, for example to inform business contacts about our services;
• your consent, for analytics cookies. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process Google Analytics data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Website visits (public section)

MSK Management uses technical and functional cookies that are needed for the website to work. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the website. We only place these analytics cookies if you give consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’. More information can be found in our Cookie Policy.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

You can of course always access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so, send a specific request to info@michielkox.nl

Security

MSK Management attaches great importance to the security and protection of your personal data. MSK Management has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data and protect it against loss, alteration, misuse or any (other) form of unlawful processing. Anyone at MSK Management who has access to and/or processes personal data is bound to confidentiality, unless otherwise required by law. Where MSK Management uses third-party services, it will make agreements on the necessary security measures to protect personal data. If you feel your data is not properly secured or there are signs of misuse, please contact us.

Your privacy rights

If you request access to, correction of, objection to or deletion of your personal data, MSK Management will respond within 5 working days. You can submit this request via info@michielkox.nl

Complaints

If you disagree with the way we process your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
